2011 NAUTILUS AWARDS

In Memoriam

Use every letter you write
Every conversation you have
Every meeting you attend
to express your fundamental beliefs and dreams.

Affirm to others the vision of the world you want.
You are a free, immensely powerful source of life and goodness.

Affirm it.
Spread it.
Radiate it.

Think day and night
about it.
And you will see a
miracle happen …
The greatness of your life.

CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS WORLD (CCW) ANNOUNCES EXPANDED POST PRODUCTION OFFERINGS FOR 2010 CONFERENCE

New Industry Alliances with Future Media Concepts and Motion Picture Editors Guild Bring Targeted Post Production Content to CCW

What: Content & Communications World (CCW), which includes HD World, 3D World and SATCON, is pleased to announce a major expansion in the event’s Post Production offerings with new collaborations involving Future Media Concepts and the Motion Picture Editors Guild (MPEG).

The New York Post Production Conference (NYPPC), produced by Future Media Concepts , in association with the NAB Show, now will co-locate with CCW.  Now in its sixth year, NYPPC brings significant incentives to the high-level audiences attending CCW with two days of targeted, cutting-edge training sessions on mid – high level production, post production, new media and related topics.  (http://www.nypostconference.com/)

“Co-locating our conference with CCW is going to be beneficial to attendees of both events,” said Ben Kozuch, President and Co-Founder of Future Media Concepts.  “Now, production and post-production professionals can benefit from our world-renowned training and also gain exposure to the quality buyers, exhibitors and thought-leaders attending CCW Expo.  It’s a perfect venue to absorb valuable knowledge while seeing the innovative tools and resources needed to put that knowledge into action.”

Additionally, the Motion Pictures Editors Guild has joined CCW as a marketing partner and will sponsor the “Post Production and Workflow Integration” track of conference sessions at the event.

Our collaboration with CCW is welcome news for all people involved in the post-production arena,” said Lisa Churgin, A.C.E., President of the Motion Picture Editors Guild.  “We have worked with the team behind CCW before and continue to find it an alliance that is mutually beneficial.  Our members gain access to CCW’s vast resources, while CCW attendees are provided the opportunity to tap into the Guild’s knowledge, insight and longtime experience in post-production work.”

“Last year, CCW added a track of production and post production panel sessions which greatly increased our qualified attendees from these segments,” said Michael Driscoll, VP and Event Director for CCW.  “What started five years ago as primarily an HD broadcast conference has grown exponentially to become the United States’ largest fall media & entertainment technology event.”

CCW now features a full range of solutions for content creation, management and delivery for a variety of specialty areas, including media & entertainment, sports, government, military, enterprise and education, among others.

“The New York Post Production Conference brings additional strength to CCW and the Motion Picture Editors Guild is a great marketing partner who brings a highly qualified audience to the event,” says Driscoll.  “Establishing these two vital alliances without a doubt expands our reach and the unique value we offer through our event.”
